Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

During high-demand periods such as drops and new releases, processing may take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real time through the carrier's website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers including Canada Post and UPS. Estimated delivery times are from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

YAH Apparel is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours or your building management first.

If you believe your package is lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days), contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately — we can update it before the order ships.
