At YAH Apparel, every piece is made with intention and care. We stand behind the quality of everything we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where available. Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns. Stock is limited, so exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return.
If your size is no longer available, we'll issue a full refund instead.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
